Do I need a referral letter?
If you are a private patient, you DO NOT need a referral to be treated by our physiotherapists. Workers compensation, Veteran Affairs and Motor Vehicle Accident will require a Doctors referral prior to being assessed by a Physiotherapist.
Can I use my health fund card?
We have a HICAPS terminal on site which allows us to directly communicate with your health fund and only requires a small gap payment.
What do I need to bring?
Depending on the area being treated, the physiotherapists may require you to change clothes to fully assess the problem area. The session may include exercise rehabilitation in the gym, therefore closed in shoes is recommended (joggers).
Where is the clinic located?
The clinic is situated within the Loftus Recreation Centre, next door to Gymnastics WA. Our address is 99 Loftus street Leederville.
Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation fee will be charged for non-attendance or failure to notify the practice within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
